Questions

What is a Spotify playlist curator?

A person or small team who runs public playlists on Spotify and decides which tracks go on them. Independent curators are not Spotify staff, and Spotify editorial playlists are pitched only through Spotify for Artists.

How do I find Spotify playlist curators?

Search Spotify for playlists in your genre, open the curator profile and look for an email or website in the description. Or download a verified Spotify playlist curators contact list like this one and filter it by genre.

How can I contact Spotify playlist curators?

By email, when the curator publishes one. Keep it short, name the playlist, include one private link and follow up once. Every curator in this list has a verified contact email.

Do Spotify playlist curators get paid?

Some earn from submission platforms that pay them to review tracks. Paying a curator to add your track to a playlist breaks Spotify rules, so never offer it and never accept guaranteed placements.

How many curators are in the list?

674 independent Spotify playlist curators with a verified email, including 159 hip-hop and trap, 116 indie and rock, 106 pop and 61 R&B curators.

What does the Spotify playlist curator email list cost?

250 curators cost $19 and all 674 cost $29. You download the CSV and XLSX right after checkout.

Can I test the list before I buy?

Yes. Download 25 real records free from this list, no card needed, and check the quality yourself.

How often is the list updated?

Our pipeline adds and re-verifies curators continuously. Each row carries its last-verified date, and the monthly refresh sends you the curators added since your last file.

What if emails bounce?

If more than 3% of your first send hard-bounces, we replace the bounced contacts 1:1 within 30 days. Send us your bounce report.

Spotify Playlist Curator Email List, Verified for 2026

Getting your track onto the right Spotify playlist still moves streams more than almost anything an independent artist can do alone. The hard part is reaching the person behind the playlist. Spotify does not show curator emails, many curators hide their contact behind a form or a social DM, and searching playlist by playlist costs hours for every release.

This Spotify playlist curator email list does that search for you. It holds 674 independent Spotify playlist curators with a verified email, the playlists they run, how many people saved them and the genres they cover. You download it as CSV and XLSX, filter it in Excel or Google Sheets, and pitch curators directly, without paying per submission.

What’s in the file

Every row is one curator, not one playlist, so you never email the same person twice by accident. The main columns:

ColumnWhat it tells you
Curator nameThe Spotify profile name behind the playlists
EmailPlaylist curator email, SMTP-checked on the mail server
Email verifiedThe date the address last passed verification
Profile linkThe curator’s Spotify profile, so you can check them before you write
PlaylistsHow many public playlists the curator runs
Top playlistsUp to 5 biggest playlists, each with its link, saves and track count
GenresMain genres across the curator’s playlists
CountryWhere the curator is based, when known

Saves are the audience number Spotify shows on a public playlist page. Spotify stopped sharing playlist follower counts through its API in 2026, so saves are the most reliable size signal you can get.

Filter the Genres column to pitch only curators who already play music like yours. Today’s verified curators in the main genres:

How we find and verify playlist curators

The list comes from Ninja Digger, our own data pipeline. It searches Spotify playlists by genre and keyword, opens each curator’s public profile and the links they publish, and records an email only when the curator shared it for contact or submissions.

Before an email goes into the file, it is checked on the recipient mail server. Addresses that fail are dropped, and each remaining row keeps its last-verified date. Emails that belong to record labels are listed with labels instead, so you do not pay for the same address twice across our lists.

How to find Spotify playlist curators yourself

You can build a curator list without us. It works like this:

  1. Search Spotify for your genre plus words like “indie”, “fresh finds” or “new music”, and filter to playlists.
  2. Skip playlists made by Spotify itself. Those are editorial and only take pitches through Spotify for Artists.
  3. Open the curator’s profile and look for an email, a website or an Instagram link in the playlist description.
  4. Check that the playlist is active: recent track additions, saves that make sense for its age, and no “pay to get added” offers.
  5. Write the contact information into a spreadsheet and repeat.

Expect 10 to 20 good contacts per hour, and many dead ends. This Spotify playlist curators contact list is that same work, done once at scale and kept verified.

How to contact playlist curators so they reply

  • Pitch the right curator. Send only to playlists where your track would sit naturally next to the songs already there.
  • Keep it short. Three or four lines: who you are, the track, why it fits that playlist. Name the playlist.
  • Send one private link. A Spotify link for the released track, or a private SoundCloud link before release. No attachments.
  • Pitch before or right after release. Curators look for new music, and fresh tracks get the most attention.
  • Never offer payment for placement. It breaks Spotify’s rules and gets playlists and tracks removed.
  • Follow up once. If there is no answer after a week, move on to the next curator.
  • Say thanks when you get added, and share the playlist. Curators remember artists who bring them listeners.

“Hi [name], I’m [artist], a [genre] producer from [city]. My new single ‘[title]’ is out on Friday. I think it would sit well on [playlist] next to [similar artist]. Private link: [link]. Thanks for listening either way.”

Curator email list vs submission platforms

SubmitHub and Groover sell access one pitch at a time. They are useful when you want a guaranteed listen. A contact list is better when you release often or want direct relationships with curators.

Who this list is for

  • Independent artists and producers pitching their own releases.
  • Labels and managers working several releases a month.
  • Music marketing and PR agencies running playlist campaigns for clients.

Pitching a release more widely? Pair this list with record labels accepting demos, DJs from Beatport charts and radio station contacts.

Bounce guarantee
