Booking Agents Email List, Verified for 2026
A booking agent sells an artist’s shows. They pitch the artist to promoters, clubs and festivals, negotiate the fee and build the tour. If you are an artist, an agent is how you go from a few local gigs to a full calendar. If you book talent, the agent is the person you have to reach. Either way, the address is hard to find. Agencies hide behind contact forms, and independent agents often appear only as a “booking:” line in an artist’s bio.
This booking agents email list collects those contacts. It holds 2,603 verified music and DJ booking agent emails, each with the artists who list that agent, their genres and their country. You download it as CSV and XLSX, filter it in Excel or Google Sheets, and write to agents directly.
What’s in the file
Every row is one email address. When several artists name the same agent, they sit together on that row, so you see the agent’s roster at a glance. The main columns:
| Column | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Booking agent or agency email, SMTP-checked on the mail server | |
| Type | Booking agent, or Agency for companies that handle booking and management |
| Name | The artist they book, or “Roster of N” when several artists list the same agent. Agencies show the company name |
| Roster | Up to 10 artists who name this address, biggest first |
| Profile | SoundCloud link of the biggest artist on the roster |
| Audience | Followers of that artist, a quick size signal |
| Genres | Main genres across the roster |
| Country, City | Where the roster is based, when known |
| Website | Company website, for agencies |
| Inbox type | A personal inbox or a shared one like info@ |
| Email verified | The date the address last passed verification |
Looking for the agent of one specific artist? Search the Roster column for their name.
Music booking agents by genre
Electronic music is the strongest part of the list, because DJs often publish a booking contact on their SoundCloud profile. Filter the Genres column to see only agents who book artists like you. Today’s verified agents in the main genres:
| Genre | Verified agents |
|---|---|
| House | 253 |
| Techno | 173 |
| Pop & Dance-Pop | 162 |
| Hip-Hop & Trap | 158 |
| All genres | 2,603 |
Smaller genres are in the full file, in the same Genres column. New agents are added as our pipeline finds and verifies them. Data as of Oct 2, 2026.
How we find and verify booking agents
The list comes from Ninja Digger, our own data pipeline. It reads the public bios of SoundCloud artists in our database and picks up the lines where artists name their agent, like “Booking: agent@agency.com”. An artist’s own address is never counted, so “booking: me@myname.com” stays out. When the same address appears in many bios, it becomes one row with a roster. We add booking and management agencies found on email domains shared by several artists. Agencies that do both are also in our music managers list.
Before an address goes into the file, it is checked on the recipient mail server. Addresses that fail are dropped, every address is re-checked at least every 30 days, and each row keeps its last-verified date.
This is the club, festival and independent circuit. Agents of arena headliners work at a handful of big agencies and rarely publish a direct email, so do not expect them here.
How to get a booking agent
Agents earn a commission on the shows they book, typically 10 to 20% of the fee. They take on artists they can sell. So the real question is not where to find an agent, but how to become worth booking.
- Play first and keep records: dates, venues, crowd size, tickets sold and fees. Agents ask for this before anything else.
- Get your own bookings to a steady level. Most agents sign artists who already get booked without help.
- Build a one-page press kit: a short bio, a photo, a live set or video, your best releases or mixes, and your numbers.
- Find agents who represent artists one step ahead of you in your genre and region. The Roster column shows exactly that.
- Ask the promoters who already book you. They know which agents are reliable and who is taking on new acts.
- Pitch a short list, read every contract, and start with one territory or a trial period if you can.
Searching artist bios for step 4 takes hours per genre. This music booking agents contact list is that search, done once at scale.
How to email booking agents so they reply
- Pick agents whose roster matches your sound and level. Name one of their artists.
- Put the key facts in the subject line: genre, city and one strong number.
- Lead with live data, not streams alone: shows played, best venues, crowd size.
- Send one link to a live set or video. No attachments on first contact.
- Follow up once after two weeks, then move on.
“Hi [name], I’m [artist], a [genre] DJ from [city]. You represent [roster artist], and I play close to that sound. This year I played [number] shows, including [venue or event], and my last release reached [number]. Live set: [link]. I’m looking for an agent for [territory]. Can I send you my press kit?”
Booking an artist through their agent
Promoters, clubs, festivals and brands use this list the other way around. Search the Roster column for the artist, then send an offer the agent can answer in one reply:
- Date, city and venue, with capacity.
- Your fee offer, and whether travel, hotel and backline are covered.
- Set length, set time and the rest of the line-up.
- Your track record: past events and artists you have booked.
Agents answer complete offers first. A vague “are they available?” goes to the bottom of the pile.
