SoundCloud Artists Email List, Verified for 2026
SoundCloud is where a lot of new music shows up first. Rappers, producers and DJs upload there long before they sign a deal or hire a manager, and many of them put a contact email in their bio. The problem is scale. SoundCloud has no export, no filter by email and no way to sort artists by genre and audience in one view.
This SoundCloud artists email list is that view, built for business use. It holds 211,222 SoundCloud artists with a verified email, their genre, followers, track count, country and last release date. Labels and A&R teams use it to scout, music-tech companies use it as a lead list, and agencies use it to find clients. You get CSV and XLSX, ready for Excel, Google Sheets or your CRM.
What’s in the file
One row per artist, one email per row. The columns you will use:
| Column | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| The contact address the artist published, SMTP-checked on the mail server | |
| Name | Artist name as shown on SoundCloud |
| Profile | Link to the SoundCloud profile, so you can listen before you write |
| Country, City | Where the artist is based, when the profile says so |
| Audience | SoundCloud followers |
| Tracks | How many tracks the artist has uploaded |
| Genres | Main genres, read from the artist’s own tracks |
| Last release | Date of the latest upload, so you can skip inactive profiles |
| Inbox type | Whether the address is a shared role inbox (like info@ or submissions@) or personal |
| Email verified | The date the address last passed verification |
Audience plus last release is the fastest filter. An artist with a few thousand followers who uploaded last month is a very different lead from a big account that went quiet two years ago.

How we find and verify SoundCloud artists
The list comes from Ninja Digger, our own data pipeline. It reads public SoundCloud profiles and keeps an artist only when the bio or profile shows a contact email that the artist published for business. It then reads the artist’s tracks for genre and upload dates.
Every address is checked on the recipient mail server before it is sold. Addresses that fail, bounce, complain or unsubscribe are taken out. An email that belongs to a record label is sold in our label list instead, so the same address does not turn up twice across our files. The catalog is rebuilt every day.
Who uses a SoundCloud artist list
- Labels and A&R scouts. Filter by genre, an audience range and a recent last release to find artists who are growing but not signed yet.
- Music-tech and SaaS teams. Distribution, mastering, sample, plugin and DAW brands use it as a lead list by genre and country.
- Music marketing and PR agencies. Find independent artists who already release often and may need help with promotion.
- Sync and licensing companies. Reach producers in a specific style for a brief.
- Event promoters. Use the City column to find local artists for support slots and showcases.
It is research and outreach data for direct email. It is not built for uploading into ad platforms as a custom audience, so check each platform’s data terms before you try.
How to find new artists on SoundCloud yourself
You can scout without a list. The manual route looks like this:
- Search SoundCloud by genre tag and sort tracks by recent uploads.
- Follow the reposts and likes of artists you already know. Small artists cluster around the same channels.
- Open each profile and look for “contact”, “booking” or “mgmt” followed by an email in the bio.
- Check the last upload date and the comments, to see if the audience is real and the artist is active.
- Copy the details into a spreadsheet and repeat.
It works for 20 artists. For a few thousand in one genre, it takes weeks. Scraper tools can speed it up, but you still clean, dedupe and verify the emails yourself. This file is that work done once and kept fresh.
How to email SoundCloud artists so they reply
- Segment first. One genre, one audience range, one country. A message that fits the artist gets answered.
- Say who you are in the first line. Label, company or agency, and why you are writing to them.
- Name a track. Proof that you listened beats any compliment.
- One clear ask. A call, a demo, a free trial, a reply. Not all four.
- Play by the rules. Send from a real sender, include your address and an easy opt-out, and stop when someone says no.
- Start small. Send to 200 to 500 artists, measure replies, then scale what works.
“Hi [name], I’m [your name] from [company]. I found ‘[track]’ while digging through new [genre] on SoundCloud and had it on repeat. We help artists like you with [what you do]. Would a short call next week make sense? If not, no worries, and keep releasing.”
SoundCloud artist list vs scrapers and paid promotion
Most people searching for SoundCloud promotion are artists buying plays and reposts. If you are on the business side, the real choice is between building contacts yourself and buying a verified file.
| DemoPool artist list | Scraper tool (e.g. Apify) | Manual research | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | $799 for all 211,222, smaller files in the builder above | Platform usage, plus your time | Your time |
| Emails verified | Yes, SMTP-checked, date on every row | No, you verify them | No |
| Genre and last release | Yes, in every row | Depends on the tool setup | If you note them |
| Speed | Instant download | Hours to set up and clean | Weeks for thousands |
| Bounce protection | 1:1 replacement over 3% | None | None |
More lists for music outreach
Need DJs instead of artists? Take DJs from the Beatport charts. Want every segment in one file? All Access has it. And if you are an artist looking for reposts, not leads, the SoundCloud repost channels list is the one you want.
Bounce guarantee
Emails are SMTP-checked, and each row shows the date it last passed. If more than 3% of your first send hard-bounces, send us your bounce report and we replace the bounced contacts 1:1 within 30 days.
