What will each row include?

Booking or programming contact, festival name, country, dates and website, in CSV and XLSX.

How do I submit my music to a festival?

Check whether the festival runs an open call or a submission form. If not, email the booking inbox with a short pitch, a private link and your live history. Many festivals book through agents only.

Can I get a custom festival list now?

Not yet. Join the waitlist and we email you the day the list opens. Until then, record labels and DJs are live.

Is the waitlist free?

Yes. Leave your email and we message you once, when the list opens.

Music festival booking contacts

Festival slots build careers, but the booking inbox is rarely on the homepage. Some festivals take submissions through a form, some only talk to agents, and some open a call for artists once a year. Knowing which is which saves you weeks.

We are building a festival booking contacts list. Each row will give you the booking or programming contact of a festival that fits your genre, with country, dates and website. It will ship as a CSV and an XLSX file in the same 17-column layout as our other lists, so a music festival email list for your own genre is a few filters away.

Emails will be SMTP-checked on the mail server before they go into a file, and each row will carry its last-verified date.

Honest status: this is the earliest-stage list in the store. We have no opening date and no count to share. If you need it, joining the waitlist tells us it is worth prioritising.

Until then, DJs and record labels are live with instant download. Playing out often starts with a DJ or a label who vouches for you. If more than 3% of your first send hard-bounces, bounced contacts are replaced 1:1 (30 days).
