What we collect

Only professional contact details that were published openly for people to get in touch about music work: name or artist, label or channel name, business or public contact email, public profile and website links, country, genre, public follower or release counts, and the date we last verified the address. We do not collect phone numbers, home addresses, passwords, payment data or any special-category data.

Where it comes from

Public artist, label and channel profiles on music platforms; the organisation's own website (contact, demo or submission pages); public industry directories and chart listings. We never use private messages, closed groups, leaked data or content behind a login.

Why we process it

Our legitimate interest, and that of our customers, in connecting music-industry professionals for professional purposes (demo submissions, promotion, bookings, partnerships and A&R), using contact details that were published for exactly that purpose (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the data to what is needed, verify it regularly and remove anyone who objects.

Who receives it

Business customers who license our datasets. Each customer is contractually bound to use the data lawfully, identify themselves in every message, include an opt-out, never resell it, and delete anyone who asks to be removed. Our hosting and email-verification providers process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements.

How long we keep it

While the contact remains publicly available and valid. Addresses that bounce or are no longer published are deleted at the next verification cycle, and in any case within 24 months of last verification.
