DJ Email List for Promos, Verified for 2026
A new track gets its first real test in a DJ set. If the right DJs play it, people Shazam it, ask for the ID and buy it. The problem is reaching those DJs. Their inbox hides in a SoundCloud bio, a Resident Advisor profile or a website footer, and collecting them takes days for every release.
This DJ email list does that work for you. It holds 3,518 DJs with a verified email: artists from the Beatport charts, DJs listed on Resident Advisor, many of them in Europe, and SoundCloud DJs with 10,000+ followers. Each row tells you what they play and where to check them. You download it as CSV and XLSX, filter it by genre and send your promo directly, with no fee per send.
Three DJ lists on this page
Pick the list that matches your release plan. One address appears only once inside a file.
| List | Who is in it | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| DJs Accepting Promos | 4,074 SoundCloud DJs and artists whose bio asks for promos, with lines like “promos to” or “send me your tracks” | Getting feedback and first plays, any audience size |
| Top DJs | 3,518 DJs: Beatport-charting artists, Resident Advisor DJs and SoundCloud DJs with 10,000+ followers | A full promo campaign for a club release |
| Beatport Charting Artists | 1,604 producers who charted on Beatport, with their chart entries | Remix, collab and support requests to charting names |
The lists overlap on purpose. Every Beatport Charting Artist is also in Top DJs, and DJs Accepting Promos with 10,000+ followers are in both of those files too. If you buy more than one, remove duplicates by the Email column before you send. All three lists are priced in the builder above, by genre group and size. The whole DJs Accepting Promos file costs $59, Top DJs $89 and Beatport Charting Artists $59.
What’s in the file
Every row is one DJ. The columns that matter for a promo send:
| Column | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| The DJ’s promo, booking or personal contact email, SMTP-checked on the mail server | |
| Name | DJ or artist name as shown on their profile |
| Type | Where we found them: Beatport artist, DJ (Resident Advisor) or SoundCloud artist |
| Profile | Link to the Beatport, Resident Advisor or SoundCloud profile |
| Website | The DJ’s own site, when they publish one |
| Country, City | Where the DJ is based, when known |
| Audience | SoundCloud or Resident Advisor followers |
| Genres | Main genres the DJ plays or releases |
| Last release | Latest SoundCloud upload or latest Beatport chart appearance |
| Beatport chart entries | How many times the artist has appeared in Beatport charts |
| Email verified | The date the address last passed verification |
The file uses the same column layout as our other lists, so columns built for labels or curators, like Label grade or Top playlists, stay empty for DJs.

How we find and verify DJ emails
The list comes from Ninja Digger, our own data pipeline. It reads the Beatport charts every day, collects DJ profiles from Resident Advisor and scans SoundCloud for DJs and artists by genre. Each email comes from the DJ’s own channels: the profile bio, the booking details on Resident Advisor, link pages like Linktree, or the DJ’s website. We never guess an address, and a label’s general inbox does not count as an artist’s email.
Before an address goes into a file, it is checked on the recipient mail server. Addresses that fail are dropped, and so are people who bounced, complained or unsubscribed. Each remaining row keeps its last-verified date. Emails that belong to a record label are sold with labels instead, so you never pay for the same inbox twice across our lists.
A note on “DJ promo pool”
Most people who search “dj promo pool” are DJs looking to join a record pool such as Promo Only or DJcity, where they pay a subscription to download new music. That is not what we sell. These lists are for the other side: artists, labels and PR teams who want to send music to DJs. Our “DJs Accepting Promos” list is the closest thing to a promo pool you can own: DJs who say in public that they want promos, with a direct email for each.
How to build a DJ promo list yourself
You can collect DJ emails without us. It works like this:
- Open the Beatport Top 100 for your genre and note the artists who chart with music close to yours.
- Check each artist’s Beatport, SoundCloud and Instagram pages for a promo or management email.
- On Resident Advisor, look at the line-ups of clubs and festivals in your genre and open the DJ profiles.
- On SoundCloud, search your genre plus “promos” and read the bios. Many DJs write “promos to:” with an address.
- Check that each DJ is active: recent sets, gigs or uploads. Put the contact in a spreadsheet and repeat.
Expect 10 to 20 good contacts per hour, and many profiles with no email at all. This DJ email list is that same work, done at scale and kept verified.
How to send promos to DJs so they play them
- Send to the right DJs. Only DJs who play your genre. A techno DJ will not open a pop edit.
- Keep it short. Artist, title, label, release date, one line on the track. Name a DJ or set where it would fit.
- One private link, downloads on. A private SoundCloud link or a promo page with WAV or 320 MP3. No attachments.
- Send two to four weeks before release. DJs need time to test a track before it is out.
- Ask for feedback, not support. A short reply is easier to give than a promise to play.
- Follow up once. No answer after a week means move on.
“Hi [name], I’m [artist], a [genre] producer from [city]. My new track ‘[title]’ comes out on [label] on [date]. I think it fits your [set or show]. Private link with download: [link]. Any feedback means a lot. Thanks for listening.”
DJ email list vs promo platforms and record pools
Platforms and pools work differently. A contact list wins when you release often and want your own line to each DJ.
| DemoPool DJ list | Promo platforms (Inflyte, DropTrack) | DJ record pools (Promo Only, DJcity) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who pays | You, once per file | You, per campaign or plan | The DJ, by subscription |
| Who gets your music | DJs you pick by genre and country | The platform’s DJ network or your own list | Pool members, if the pool accepts your release |
| Contacts you keep | Yes, every email | No, they stay on the platform | No |
| Next release | No extra cost | Pay again | Usually through a label or distributor |
| Feedback tracking | You track it in your inbox | Built in | Download stats, if any |
Who this list is for
- Producers and artists sending promos for their own releases.
- Labels running a DJ promo for every release.
- PR agencies and promo services building DJ campaigns for clients.
This is a list of club and electronic DJs, not radio presenters. For radio, see radio station contacts. Planning the full release? Pair it with record labels accepting demos and SoundCloud repost and promo channels, or reach the people who book DJs through booking agents and clubs and festivals.
Bounce guarantee
Emails are SMTP-checked, and each row shows the date it last passed. If more than 3% of your first send hard-bounces, send us your bounce report and we replace the bounced contacts 1:1 within 30 days.
