Questions

What does “verified” mean?

We connect to the recipient's mail server and confirm the mailbox exists (SMTP check). Only addresses that pass go into a paid file, and every row shows the date it was last verified.

Why do you sell fewer contacts than you collected?

Some addresses are dead, and some servers (Yahoo, Outlook and others) block checks, so the result is unknown. Those mailboxes may work, but we can't guarantee them, so they stay out.

What if emails bounce?

If more than 3% of your first send hard-bounces within 30 days of delivery, send us your email service report and we replace every bounced contact 1:1 with freshly verified ones.

What do I get after checkout?

A CSV and an XLSX file in your inbox and in your account, where you can download them again.

How does the subscription work?

Every month we re-check the contacts in your segments and add new ones. Your updated files appear in your account. Cancel anytime.
