Questions

Do record labels accept demos by email?

Many do, and the file shows which. Use the Demo submission and Submission link columns to find labels that publish a policy, then read their guidelines before you send.

Can you send demos to record labels in any genre?

Yes, filter the Genres column. The list covers house (3,804 labels), techno (2,922), hip-hop and trap (1,408), pop and dance-pop (1,613) and more. Send only to labels that release your style.

How many record label contacts are in the list?

13,306 today, 2,089 of them in the US. A separate business-inbox file has 2,148 labels. New labels are added daily.

What if emails bounce?

If more than 3% of your first send hard-bounces, we replace the bounced contacts 1:1 within 30 days. Send us your bounce report.

Can I get new labels every month?

Yes. The Monthly Refresh subscription sends the contacts added since your last delivery, so your label list stays current.

Record label contacts, sorted by genre and country

Sending a demo to the wrong inbox is the fastest way to get ignored. This record label email list gives you the address each label uses for submissions, plus website, country, genres and a label grade, so you pitch the record labels accepting demos in your genre instead of every label you can find.

Right now the database holds 13,306 record label contacts. 2,089 are in the US, including 576 hip-hop and trap labels, 440 house labels and 348 pop labels. Worldwide, house is the deepest genre with 3,804 labels, then techno with 2,922, melodic and progressive with 1,285 and tech house with 942. If you want business inboxes only, a separate file has 2,148 labels.

Each contact comes with 17 columns. For a demo campaign, start with Demo submission, Submission link, Inbox type, Last release and Email verified. Filter to labels that released recently and take demos, and you have a shortlist in minutes.

Start narrow. Pick your genre, send to 50 to 100 labels, and write each email like it is the only one: one private streaming link, two lines about the track, no attachments. Read each label’s guidelines first. Then move on to the next genre.

Emails are SMTP-checked on the mail server and each row carries its last-verified date. If more than 3% of your first send hard-bounces, bounced contacts are replaced 1:1 (30 days). New labels are added daily, and the Monthly Refresh subscription delivers them.
