Record Labels Accepting Demos, Verified for 2026
Most demos never get heard because they land in the wrong inbox. Labels change their submission rules, close demo inboxes, move to forms or stop releasing. Finding the record labels accepting demos in your genre, one website at a time, can take days before you send a single email.
This page gives you two files built from the same verified data. The full record label email list holds 13,930 record label contacts across 23 genres, with website, country, genres, last release and demo policy. Demo Labels is the short list: 1,444 labels with an open demo channel, which means a demo inbox or a demo submission form. Both download as CSV and XLSX.
Two files: the full label base and Demo Labels
| Record label contacts | Demo Labels | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | Every label we hold, worldwide | Only labels with a demo email or a demo form |
| Labels | 13,930 | 1,444 |
| Best for | A&R outreach, licensing, promo, label research | Sending demos this week |
| Price | $79 for the full base | Pricing in the builder above |
Every Demo Labels row is also in the full base. Buy the full base, filter the Demo submission column, and you get the same short list plus every other label.
What’s in the record label email list
Every row is one label contact, with the same columns in both files:
| Column | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Name | The label name |
| Record label email, SMTP-checked on the mail server | |
| Inbox type | What the inbox is for: demos, A&R, info, promo and similar |
| Demo submission | Demo email, Demo form, Main contact or Closed |
| Submission link | The label’s demo page or form, when it has one |
| Website, Profile | The label website and its SoundCloud or Beatport page |
| Country, City | Where the label is based, when known |
| Genres | Main genres the label releases |
| Last release | Date of the latest release we found |
| Beatport chart entries | How often the label’s releases made Beatport charts |
| Audience, Tracks | Followers and track count of the label’s SoundCloud profile |
| Label grade | A marks recent activity, such as a release in the last six months or a fresh chart entry |
| Email verified | The date the address last passed verification |
“Closed” means the label says it does not take unsolicited demos. Skip those for demos. They can still be the right contact for licensing, remixes or promo.

A label can release more than one genre, so it can appear in several rows. Smaller genres below our listing threshold are in the full file too. Country and City let you narrow any genre to UK, US, German or Dutch labels in a few clicks. Data as of Oct 9, 2026.
How we find and verify record label contacts
The list comes from Ninja Digger, our own data pipeline. It reads Beatport charts every day and collects the labels behind charting releases. It adds labels from SoundCloud and from label websites, then opens each site to find the contact and demo pages, and records whether the label takes demos by email, by form or not at all.
Every email is checked on the recipient mail server before it goes into the file. Addresses that fail are dropped, and each row keeps its last-verified date. Label grades update as new releases come in. An email appears once across all our lists, so you never pay twice for the same inbox.
How to submit music to record labels
- Pick 30 to 50 labels that release music like yours. Filter Genres, then sort by Last release so active labels come first.
- Open each label’s Submission link and read the rules. Some want a form, some a private SoundCloud link, some only finished masters.
- Listen to the label’s last few releases. If your track would not fit next to them, skip that label.
- Write to one label at a time and use its name. No mass emails with every label in BCC.
- Log every send in the spreadsheet: date, track, reply. Follow up once after 10 to 14 days.
Searching Google and label sites by hand gives you maybe a dozen good contacts an hour. The list gives you the shortlist in minutes, so your time goes into the music and the pitch.
How to send a demo email that gets opened
- Say it in the subject. Genre, track title, artist name. A&Rs search their inbox by genre.
- Keep it short. Three or four lines: who you are, the track, why it fits this label. Name one of their releases.
- Send one private streaming link. No attachments and no download walls.
- Send finished music. Mixed and mastered, unreleased, and not pitched to ten labels in the same week.
- Follow up once. No answer after two weeks usually means no. Move on to the next label.
“Subject: [Genre] demo, ‘[Track]’ by [Artist]. Hi [label] team, I’m [artist], a [genre] producer from [city]. I think ‘[track]’ would fit next to [their recent release]. Private link: [link]. It’s unreleased and yours to consider first until [date]. Thanks for listening.”
Label email list vs LabelRadar and searching yourself
LabelRadar is free to start and many electronic labels use it, but you only reach labels that joined the platform. Searching label sites yourself costs nothing but time. A list makes sense when you pitch often or want labels that take demos only by email.
| DemoPool label list | LabelRadar | Searching yourself | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | $79 for all 13,930 labels | Free plan, paid upgrades | Free, many hours |
| Which labels | Any label with a public contact, by genre and country | Only labels on the platform | Whatever you find |
| Demo policy | In every row | On each label page | Read each website |
| Direct email | Yes | No, through the platform | Yes |
| Verified emails | SMTP-checked, with date | Not needed | No |

Bounce guarantee
Emails are SMTP-checked, and each row shows the date it last passed. If more than 3% of your first send hard-bounces, send us your bounce report and we replace the bounced contacts 1:1 within 30 days.
