About DemoPool

DemoPool sells verified contact lists for the music industry: record labels and A&R, Spotify playlist curators, radio stations and shows, music blogs, DJs, booking agents, artist managers, clubs and festivals. Independent artists, labels and music marketers use them to pitch the right people directly instead of guessing addresses or paying for placements.

Who runs DemoPool

DemoPool is a trading name of FloyaraMusic OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 16341789) that works in music promotion. The legal details are on our legal notice, and every order is sold and invoiced by FloyaraMusic OÜ.

What is in a DemoPool list

Today the database holds 240,000+ verified contacts, sorted by list and genre. Each row has the name, the business email, the type of inbox (demo, A&R, booking, submissions or main contact), links to the public profile and website, country, genre and the date the email last passed verification. You get a CSV and an XLSX file right after checkout, and you can test 25 real records from any list for free before you pay.

How we build and check the lists

We only collect professional contact details that people and companies published themselves so others can reach them about music: on their own website, their public artist, label or channel profile, or in public industry listings. We never use private messages, closed groups, leaked data or anything behind a login. The full description is on Data sources & your rights.

Every address is checked on its mail server before it goes into a file, and each row carries the date of that check. Contacts are re-checked on a rolling basis, so dead inboxes and closed projects drop out instead of piling up. If more than 3% of your first send hard-bounces, we replace the bounced contacts.

Using the contacts the right way

These are business inboxes, published for pitches, demos and bookings. Write relevant, personal emails, say who you are, offer an easy opt-out and stop when someone asks. Anyone listed can see what we hold or be removed on our removal page, and removed addresses are never collected again. Our acceptable use policy covers the rest.
